The welding are not complet

Hello sir pleade i am wirking fuit box i try to solve this problem but no solution i add the pressur even temprature also flow and time injection but all the fruit box are good onley 2 place no welding

Since you've already tried increasing the pressure, temperature, and injection time, I suggest checking the mold venting first. Trapped air could be preventing the plastic from filling those ribs completely. Also, try a short-shot test to see how the material flows through those areas. Check the injection speed and make sure there are no restrictions in the mold. One question: Does this problem always happen in the exact same two places, or does it change from shot to shot? Also, what material are you using?
