Hi Suresh, uneven gate breaking in POM is usually a gate that's too thick or has too long a land, so it stretches instead of snapping. Try thinning the gate or shortening the land, and add a second or two of cooling so it's fully frozen before ejection. Also check mold temp is consistent and you're not over-packing. What gate type are you using?
