Hey Dustin, Try adding a couple seconds of cooling first, that alone often fixes the "every few cycles" thing. If it doesn't, check your sprue puller. A Z-pull or a reverse-taper one holds the sprue on the moving side so it can't hang on the ejector. And polish the sprue bushing in the draw direction, TPE grips any tool marks. One more thing: skip the mold release spray, it can mess up the bond with your first shot.
